At 7-IPTV, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with our service. However, due to the digital nature of our IPTV products, we have established a clear and fair refund policy to handle requests efficiently.

Please Note: We strongly recommend that all customers utilize our Free Trial before purchasing a long-term subscription to ensure our service works well with your internet connection and device.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all new subscription plans. If you are experiencing technical issues that our support team cannot resolve, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

3. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Timeframe: The request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase.

Technical Troubleshooting: You must contact our support team first to report the issue. We reserve the right to try and resolve the technical problem (e.g., helping you change settings, apps, or servers) before approving a refund. If you refuse our assistance, the refund request may be denied.

Same Payment Method: Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We generally do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

User Internet Issues: Buffering or freezing caused by your own unstable internet connection, low bandwidth, or ISP blocking. (Please see our Terms & Conditions regarding speed requirements).

User Inability to Setup: If you are unable to set up the service on your device due to lack of technical knowledge and refuse to follow our provided setup guides.

Channel Lineup Changes: If a specific channel is temporarily unavailable or removed. As stated in our Terms, channel lineups are subject to change.

Mistake Purchases: If you purchased the wrong package and have already activated/used the service for more than 48 hours.

Policy Abuse: If we detect that you are abusing our refund policy (e.g., buying and refunding repeatedly).

5. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Credit Card: Usually takes 5-10 business days.

Cryptocurrency: Refunds are processed based on the fiat value at the time of purchase (or transaction hash value), and network fees may be deducted.
