By accessing, browsing, or purchasing a subscription from 7-IPTV (“the Service”), you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase our services.
Service Nature: We provide access to live TV channels, movies, and series via the internet.
Single Connection Policy: Your subscription includes one (1) active connection. You are welcome to install the service on as many devices as you like (e.g., Living room TV, Bedroom TV, Phone), but please note that our system technically supports only one active stream at a time. If you attempt to watch on a second device while the first one is running, the playback may stop or buffer. To switch devices, simply stop watching on the current device first.
Account Sharing: Please keep your login credentials private. Sharing your account details with others is not permitted.
Subject to Change: The lineups of channels and video-on-demand (VOD) content are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific channel or content.
Third-Party Streams: We provide access to content streams managed by third-party providers. While we strive for 99% uptime, we are not responsible for temporary blackouts, maintenance, or content removal by the source providers.
No Ownership: We do not host, archive, or distribute any media files on our servers. We act solely as a facilitator of the streaming access.
Internet Speed: It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable high-speed internet connection (recommended: 16+ Mbps for HD, 30+ Mbps for 4K). We are not responsible for buffering or freezing caused by your slow internet speed or high packet loss.
ISP Blocking: Some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) may throttle or block IPTV traffic. It is your responsibility to use a VPN if your ISP restricts access. We are not liable for inability to use the service due to ISP blocking.
Billing: Services are billed in advance. All prices are subject to change, though price changes will not affect active subscriptions during their current term.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are non-recurring and do not auto-renew. You must manually purchase a new plan upon expiration.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms (e.g., re-streaming, abusive behavior towards support staff, or payment fraud).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7-IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
